LI to develop body movemente of balance rotation and strength.

Stretches- L shape, seal,butterfly, cat, straddle, back, front, side support.

Rotation 1 beam- backwards box cartwheel bench forwards roll.

Rotation 2 trampoline-star fish backwards 1 leg / scorpian hand stand half 180 jump.

Rotation 3 handstand front support parallel bars back side front rotation.

Reflection what was difficult.
