warm up stretches to make sure we were flexible and wouldn't injury ourselves.
L shape stradle. we did a L shape on the floor we have to put two legs straight out and our two arms up.
back, front, side supports.
butterfly wing stretch. we made a butterfly with our legs and we put our nose on our feet.
tuck. our legs were bent and our legs were by our chest. our head was on our knee.
seal. we have to lie on our tummy our arms were straight on the floor. hold up with our body.
