Stretches- L shape, seal,butterfly, cat, straddle, back, front, side support.
Rotation 1 beam- backwards box cartwheel bench forwards roll.
Rotation 2 trampoline-star fish backwards 1 leg / scorpian hand stand half 180 jump.
Rotation 3 handstand front support parallel bars back side front rotation.
Reflection what was difficult.

LI: to explore our gymnstics skills.
warm up stretches to make sure we were flexible and wouldn't injury ourselves.
L shape stradle. we did a L shape on the floor we have to put two legs straight out and our two arms up.
back, front, side supports.
butterfly wing stretch. we made a butterfly with our legs and we put our nose on our feet.
tuck. our legs were bent and our legs were by our chest. our head was on our knee.
seal. we have to lie on our tummy our arms were straight on the floor. hold up with our body.

Patriarchate and the mountains
LI: to learn the geography of aotearoa.
LI: to identify what patuiarehe are.
Mount maunganui is a mountain in tauranga.
The hunua and waitakere ranges are mountains in Auckland.
Patuiarehe are fairies that lived on these mpountains in Maori myths.
I learned about the patuiarehe and mountains by listening to two stories.
The legend of mauao and the turehu wars.
I learned where the mountains are by looking on google maps.
